Cancelling an online order
For most products purchased online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel it. You then have a further 14 days to return the eligible products.
Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.
Products that cannot be returned
For health and safety reasons, medicines cannot normally be returned after they have left the pharmacy.
Opened or unsealed health, hygiene, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned when they are unsuitable for resale for health or hygiene reasons.
These restrictions do not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Please contact us as soon as possible if a product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered. We will explain the available remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Refunds
Where the legal right to cancel applies, we will refund the cost of the eligible returned products and the standard delivery charge. Additional delivery charges for an upgraded delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. We may wait until the returned products have been received, or until you provide evidence that they have been returned.
Customers are responsible for return postage when cancelling because they have changed their mind. We will cover reasonable return costs when a product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
