Each non-prescription pharmaceutical transaction will be kept on file for two years from the date of purchase.
The date of the transaction, the name and quantity of the product obtained, and the name and address of the individual to whom the medication was given are all included in the transaction details.
Price Of Goods

Availability

If the products are not delivered within 20 days, a credit note will be granted, which can be applied to any future orders placed during the next six months. Any product order cannot exceed six units of the same reference.

Delivery
Orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until after the weekend. You will be contacted immediately if there is a delay in processing your order for whatever reason. All products are subject to availability, and delays beyond our control may occur on occasion. As a result, any delivery dates given are merely estimates.
You have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products if delivery is delayed for more than 21 days. In these cases, we will reimburse any money you paid for the products as well as any delivery fees you were charged.
