When you make an online purchase, you have a legal right to return a product (other than perishable products) for up to 7 days after it is delivered (cooling off period). Up until the order is sent, we can amend or cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product to us for a refund (excluding delivery cost). Only goods that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition may be returned. Any broken or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.
