Zirtek Plus is a decongestant combined with an antihistamine. It is great for unblocking congested noses and at the same time drying up a runny nose. As decongestants “unblock” your nose they can often lead to a runny nose so this double effect makes Zirtek Plus a really effective product. With 120mg of Pseudoephedrine this is one of the strongest decongestants available. It does not contain any painkiller additives and so can be safely taken alongside paracetamol, ibuprofen, nurofen or similar painkillers if required. It does not cause drowsiness and in some people can lead to alertness. For this reason it is best to take it at least 4 hours before bedtime.
